Solid theological education is essential to the faith formation of high school youth. But so is the continuing education of their teachers. Many high school teachers who have been pressed into teaching theology at the high school level would benefit from theological grounding. High school campus ministers, parish youth ministers, and other support staff may want a chance to extend their own vision of the church and its ministries.

The Peacebuilders Initiative also responds to the needs of these adults. To support campus ministers, high school teachers, youth ministers, and others who work with young people, the Peacebuilders Initiative offers a wide array of professional development opportunities that enhance their skills and deepen their own faith formation.
