For Educators, Youth Ministers & Parents

One of the greatest gifts adults can offer youth is their own example of how to live as peacebuilders and agents of reconciliation. As one high school campus minister stated, "In order to support our students in their identity as peacebuilders, we must first be peacebuilders ourselves."

The Peacebuilders Initiative offers many resources for adult peacebuilders. Articles on youth ministry, pastoral letters and other church teachings, and links to organizations and readings on youth and faith development, are among the materials gathered here. We want to support, encourage, and help develop the skills of all adults who work with teens on behalf of the church: campus ministers, teachers, youth ministers, and parents.

In addition to what you find here, Catholic Theological Union invites youth ministers, teachers, and others to take advantage of the Continuing Education opportunities.
